Hi, I’m Amanda Hoelscher, an Adult Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Uplift Concierge.

My path into healthcare began more than 17 years ago when my first husband was diagnosed with cancer. That experience profoundly shaped my perspective on medicine and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping others navigate complex health challenges. I went on to earn my Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and built much of my clinical career working in oncology, where I saw firsthand the importance of early detection, thoughtful medical guidance, and proactive care.

Years later, a severe vaccine reaction became another pivotal moment in my own health journey. When traditional approaches offered few answers, I began exploring integrative and functional medicine to better understand the underlying drivers of health and disease. That experience deepened my appreciation for a more comprehensive, systems-based approach to medicine and ultimately reshaped how I care for patients.

These experiences led me to create Uplift Concierge, a direct care, membership-based practice designed for individuals who want a more thoughtful and proactive approach to their health. The practice operates outside the limitations of traditional insurance-driven care, allowing for deeper diagnostic insight, personalized treatment strategies, and ongoing medical guidance.

Our model is essentially an executive health or concierge-style model offering comprehensive longevity and lifestyle support, routine diagnostic exams, and robust ongoing communication—designed for patients who want a long-term medical partner focused on optimizing health, maintaining energy and performance, and preventing disease before it develops.
